Minnesota is your Fourth of July capitol with events and entertainment all month long in July. Celebrate independence day in the Brainerd Lakes Area this year.
July 3, 2022
Celebrate FREEDOM in Nisswa on Sunday, July 3rd with a full schedule of fun! Activities throughout the day including Turtle Races, Water Wars, live music, food vendors and more.
The Freedom Days parade starts at 7 pm. Spectators line both sides of Main Street to watch the parade that includes various floats, marching veterans’ groups, high school marching bands, clowns, area royalty, fire trucks, car clubs, horse-riding groups and more.
Crosby Fourth of July Celebration

Fourth of July in Crosby! Plan now for a spectacular Fourth of July in Crosby. The parade starts at noon on Sunday July 4th. The route will start in Ironton and follow Highway 210 to the east near Crosby Memorial Park on Serpent Lake – a modified route due to the road construction project through Crosby and Ironton. Fun in the park all day (beer tent, food vendors, live music and more) then a spectacular fireworks display at dusk over Serpent Lake brought to you by Deerwood Bank. The Crosby Fire Department is committed to, as always, do their absolute best to make the 4th of July day celebration enjoyable and safe for all parties.

Independence Day Celebration, downtown Longville. Food, fun and games!
10 am: Inflatables for the Kids – free!
10 am: Food Court opens with a large selection of food from the Longville Chamber, the Longville Lion’s, food trucks and local restaurants.
