The City of Brainerd & Crow Wing County Public Transit will operate on schedule as normal. We are doing everything possible to prevent the spread of COVID-19 while providing essential transportation services to those who need them.
Central Lakes College, Brainerd and Staples, in coordination with state and local health departments, is closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19, a respiratory illness caused by a novel coronavirus that was first detected in December 2019 in China and has since spread to several other countries, including the United States.
City buildings will be closed to the public until further notice. We will continue to serve the public online, by phone, email or U.S. mail. Cancellation and postponement information may be updated frequently in this changing environment; please check back often or give us a call at 218-828-2320.
Based on new guidance regarding limiting the unnecessary spread of COVID-19, the Brainerd HRA is modifying how it delivers services to the public and is not allowing public entry into our buildings at this time. The Brainerd HRA remains open to serving the public and will now do so through telephone, e-mail, and on-line services.
We want to reassure the Brainerd Lakes Community that we are open and here to serve you in this time of need. Here is where we are at with our needs and available services.
